How To Make Digital Collage of Summer Floral Fashions

So, my second project is making photoshop's tutorial. And today i want to show you how to make digital collage of summer floral fashions. Here we go
1. The first thing we need to do is buka dulu foto model yang kita mau, dan biar gampang, kita pisahin dulu sama backgroundnya pake Pen tool, draw a path around the outiline of the model kaya gini
2. Save the path by going to the Path panel, clicking on the flyout menu, terus save path deh.

6. Sekarang atur elementsnya sesuai yang kita mau. Contohnya atur bunganya di sekitar model, jadi berkesan kalo modelnya berdiri di bunga. like this
10. Bakal selalu bagus buat tambahin a bit texture to an image, terutama kalo lagi mixing collage sama vectors kaya sekarang yang lagi kita buat. Pake watercolour sama Indian ink, kita buat random marks terus di scan ke photoshop. Contohnya begini
11. Pake Marquee tool, select an area of texture yang kita mau pake dan paste it onto a layer above a vector shape.
12. Pencet Alt di keyboard, hover and select between the two layers. This will create a layer mask that applies the texture just to shape of vector layer below.
13. Biar menambahkan texture agak kasar gituu,kita tambahin tanda cat di latar belakangnya. Untuk melakukan ini, ulangi step 10 but instead of appying the texture to a layer, give you layer a Multiply blending mode. Kita bisa ganti warna paintnya dengan cara ulangin step 8 terus tambahin Hue dan Saturation di panel Adjustment.
14. Nah sekarang, semua bakal soal detailnya. Buat memecah komposisinya, kita bisa tambahin small vines yang tumbuh dari dedaunanya.
Untuk buat itu, kita gunain Pen tool di Illustrator buat gambar curly vines terus di copy ke photoshop.
15. Ga biasa kalo cari flora dan fauna without wildlife, jadi kita pake kaya di step 5 kita pake Magic Wand tool buat pilih foto burung dan beberapa lebah biar ada kesan kehidupan.
16. Buat finishing touches, biar backgroundnya tambah bagus kita pake Brush tool to paint over large area, karena pake Photoshop's Clone tool wont create a very smooth finish, as the whole background is too rough.
17. Buat bikin ini, bikin layer baru di atas background. Pilih Brush tool terus set opacitynya jadi 40%. Using the eyedropper, select near where you want to retouch and gradually paint over it.
18. Finally, disini gw tambahin topknot ke rambut si model. This is purely personal choice as i felt her bun wasn't big enough!

3. Di panel Layers, pilih layer model terus di duplikasiin (Ctrl+J). Satuin dua layers tadi dengan cara click link icon di bagian bawah panel. Pilih layer yang atas terus pilih Path yang udah di save tadi di Path panel. Click flyout menu terus pilih Make Selection.
Set Feather Radius jadi 0,3 terus click OK. DI layer window pilih Mask button.
4. Sekarang kan udah ada 2 layers kan, yang pertama itu model with a mask, yang kedua model sama background. Sekarang kita bisa tambahin collage elements di depan sama belakang model. Now, pilih foto bunga yang kita mau.
5. Buka foto bunga yang kita mau, terus select Magic Wand Tool. Di top bar, set the Tolerance jadi 20. Untick the Contiguous box so the wand selects all the single-colour background.
Sekarang click backgroundnya (kalo di contoh yang warna putih). Invert your selection so you've got the elements by pressing Ctrl+I. Copy itu terus paste ke main illustration.
Repeat this for the rest of your collage elements.
7. Biasanya collages itu terdiri dari element yang berasal dari sumber yang beda-beda. Jadi penting banget buat 'play around' sama masing-masing Level elementnya, supaya make sure contrast dan saturationnya mirip.
Kita bisa lakuin ini dengan cara selecting the layer yang kita mau ganti dan selecting Levels di panel Adjustments. You can tweak the darks and lights as necessary
8. Nah, gw mau tambahin hiasan aja nih, bentuknya kaya semburan gitu. Untuk buat ini, draw fluid shapes pake Pen tool.
9. Copy shapes itu, terus di paste ke main illustration. Di panel Adjustments pilih Hue/Saturation terus ubah warnanya biar matching.
